Hello everyone I've joined recently and find these threads so helpful and informative. I was wondering whether anyone has a view on barefoot shoes? Good or bad experiences? My physio told me to stop wearing them and to stick to supportive walking shoes, but a friend who works in strength and fitness insists barefoot shoes will help rebuild my fallen arches and improve muscle tone in my legs and ankles. I have a super-mobile lumbar spine with disc herniation and vicious sciatic nerve pain, so getting shoes wrong can cause a lot of pain. Thanks, lovely Zebras!
