My pelvis is assymetrical/rotated and I'm not able to lift one leg with the knee bent while lying on my back as Jeannie instructs us to do in many of the videos. When I lift the right leg, my pelvis dips to the right, and I can't keep it stable. When I lift the left leg, I can keep my pelvis stable but it feels like my hip flexors have to overwork, which causes pain. Any advice?
