Whenever I start a new strength exercise, it feels like that area (e.g. knee or shoulder) gets crunchy/inflamed and more unstable for a few days. Is this normal? Is this bad? How long (if at all) do you rest the area when this happens? Also any tips for pain when lying on angry shoulders? I can’t sleep on my back because my throat kind of closes up 🙄 Thanks! 🦓 ❤️
