Nails Hi. I think this must be an EDS thing. It I could be wrong! Does anyone else have very weak finger and toe nails? Mine are so soft and can bend all the way back. They just tear off as they are so soft (rather than breaking as they are brittle). The last few years I’ve had acrylics to strengthen them and protect them (as the constantly bends are quite painful) but I would prefer a more natural option if one exists. I make and use a good cuticle oil which helps but it can only do so much. Normal strengthening nail polishes make little difference (OPI Nail Envy probably the only one to make a positive difference). Does anyone have the same issue? Any other solutions found to help?
