Question: I hold a ton of tension around my middle (abdomen, flanks, lower ribs) and I've been practicing keeping my belly soft. But when I do that, I end up with a severe anterior pelvic tilt (not to mention I look pregnant, but at this point I'm less interested in my appearance than my physical wellbeing). How can I resolve this? Are there particular cues that might help, or videos that might address this issue?
