@Jeannie Di Bon Like jeannie says in the relaxation video in foundations, I hold a lot of tension and stress in my body. I don't know if it's brain fog   🙄 but I can't seem to understand if I have to work on relaxation before I can do any of the exercises? Or if I can do them I just need to be aware of where I am holding tension in my body.
