So I’m a little early, but here’s the April class - leg weight power. You can of course do the whole class without leg weights. I’ve marked as challenging but not all aspects are. You may fine elements you find moderate too. You’ll find it in Strength & Connect. Leg power is so important for our overall alignment and posture. I hope you enjoy this one 🦓💪
