In the “big one cardio” class, the last exercise where you turn and lift your knee, I have a huge clunk happening in hip joint on both sides. Even if I only lift my knee a few inches. Anyone know why turning and lifting would cause that? Or how to correct it? My hips are my most hypermobile area. If I lift my knee without the slight upper body turn I can go higher before the clunk happens. It isn’t painful just definitely feels wrong. Would love to find a correcting technique for this. Thanks :)
