Does anyone else struggle with jaw pain from grinding your teeth? I got a custom night guard from a face pain specialist a while ago that helped but I have now ground through it (and have cracked 3 molars). Has anyone found anything that helps? My dentist suggested Botox in my jaw muscles but I’ve heard bad things about EDS and Botox. I take a low dose of baclofen at night.
