Hey! I just joined. I haven't watched the videos yet so I apologize if this is addressed in the welcome videos. Anywho, where should I start for POTS? I also have hEds, hashimotos, suspected MCAS, etc.. I do not tolerate exercise, exertion, or really living.. lol. I had a busy day yesterday and I'm paying for it today in the form of extra sever fatigue, low blood pressure, etc.. I used to be a gymnast/dancer but like I said, doing too much of anything causes me to crash. Where should I start?
