Hi all, does anyone ever experience constant dry throat which often has a dry cough. It often feels like I have thick saliva at the back of my throat that I try to swallow down (if I do this too much, my throat gets dryer and sorer). I first noticed this issue in my teens (I'm 30 now). I wonder if it could be a hsd/heds thing. Other theories I have is that I don't breathe correctly and I also have a tongue tie. I feel very self-conscious about it especially in the current climate and I start to panic I have covid. If anyone has any thoughts and experiences, I would greatly appreciate it
