Hi my right hamstring has been snapping across the back of my pelvis (ischial tuberosity) and its now too painful to sit on a hard chair as it hurts my hamstring too much. I'm sure it's linked to my pelvis alignment and right SI joint problems. I've been doing the isometric exercises which are really helping my SI joint but I'm still struggling with the hamstring. Also, bridges seem to aggravate my sacrum lumber spine so I stopped doing them, again I thing it's my pelvic alignment that's wrong. What classes do you recommend for correcting alignment of the pelvis, as my pelvis is so hypermobile that I don't really know what correct pelvic alignment looks like!
