i have been doing the exploring our feet video daily and my point and flex is getting a little less painful but toes are still very shaky and hard to control. are the toes supposed to spread out as i flex and bunch up as i point, like in these pictures? my toes do all kinds of weird things when i point and flex. also, when i try to balance my weight across my feet i get a shooting pain on the outer edge of my right calf coming up from the heel. i try to spread my weight every which way but the pain doesn't stop. what could be causing that?
