I've been working on stabilizing my pelvic tilt and softening/lifting through my abdomen. Feeling a lot better lately, a lot more space in my spine except... My spine is super crunchy!! Especially my thoracic spine and a bit in my sternum. It used to happen when I'd be overworking at my desk (I'm an illustrator) and I'd sit up every few minutes to crunching and cracking. As I'm feeling better, I'd expect the crackles to lessen, but lately they're increasing, especially in rotational movement. Any thoughts?
