Wondering if anyone has advice on what I should be doing better with my shoulder issues/pain. I continue to form knots in my levator and trap on my right shoulder which leads to lots of pain, which I have not been able to get to go away since hitting my second trimester of pregnancy almost two and a half years ago. I have done the foundation videos and all of the guarding/tension/stabilizing videos. Wondering if I should just continue trying to reinforce relaxation and working on letting go of guarding or if I should do something else. Thanks!
