Hi! I did the “magic circle power” class in “equipment blast” the other day. I know the focus in holding it with the small finger side of the hand is supposed to target the muscles on the side/back but I actually woke up with super sore pecs and scalene muscles rather than the muscles it’s supposed to hit. Is this normal or could I have been doing it wrong? @Jeannie Di Bon
