Hi, I've been doing pilates for a few years and I'm generally feeling quite strong but I'm struggling to control my shoulders. I've done a few videos this last week since joining and find I'm always fighting to keep my shoulders stable during any moves where you lift your arms up, especially when lay down. Are there any videos anyone's found particularly helpful for this? Thanks
