I cant be the only one here, i have an extremely high pain tolerance, to the point i dont really feel pain until the issue is bad so i cant really tell if i over do exercises until a good couple of hours later. What is the best way to do exercises and for me to know when enough is enough? Also my muscles seem strong because i have overall above average muscle tone due to genetics so my muscles dont get tired easily but my ligaments are super lax
