I woke up this morning with a pinching sensation in my mid-back which I often feel (but it felt particularly bothersome today). I recently got some kinesiology tape so I decided to look up taping strategies for the spine. The pain is one-sided and the QL seems to be involved, so I followed a taping method for the QL. It gave me immediate relief that lasted all day!!! I'm home from work now and my back feels tired and a bit achy, but I'm not feeling the pinch. Just wanted to share that success story. Hopefully it remains a success story, and in any case I'm going to do some more exploring of k-tape applications. Anyone else had success with it?
