Really squishy toes- I’ve been focusing on foot and ankle stabilization, but my toes just cannot handle any weight. Is there anything I can be doing specifically to support them? These middle three specifically are constantly going numb. They’re so short to begin with, I think they’re a big part of why I have so much trouble putting my whole weight into my feet.
