Hi, I am wondering if anyone has any advice. I am quite new to the zebra club and have been trying a few of the classes. There seems to be a lot of laying on your back and I am finding it a real problem. When I lay on the floor, even with neck supports, knees bent, I find my lower back really painful, and when I try to get up it almost feels like spasms or something and it's a really sharp pain. I've tried to persevere, hoping it would improve, using breath and relaxation as Jeannie coaches, but still the same painful problem. Does anyone else have this issue, and if so, have you found any ways to accommodate or improve it?
