My neck is shifted left. It's throwing off my shoulders which is throwing off my hips which is causing me to walk unevenly unless I really focus. How do I get my neck to shift back? I believe this happened because I was on bedrest for so long and I was laying on a couch cushion that was slightly tilted. I'm walking almost a mile a day now but I need to correct my form! Otherwise I keep compensating and hurting things.
